We're looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to lead creative production for Meta. This is someone who dives deep into analytics, builds strong hypotheses, crafts compelling storytelling, writes clear briefs, and scales the best ideas. We expect initiative, systematic thinking, and a drive for results. For a candidate who consistently exceeds goals, scales their approach, and takes ownership, there is a possibility of having a fast career track to Creative Marketing Director within the first year.
What will you do:
- Research the performance advertising market and dig deep into audience pain points, triggers, and motivations
- Build and prioritize creative hypotheses
- Analyze creative performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and build a scalable system of winning patterns
- Use AI tools for analysis, ideation, and visual generation
- Write clear, actionable briefs for designers and elevate production quality
- Work directly with the UA Manager and iterate on creatives quickly
- Contribute to building and scaling the creative team as it grows
About you:
- You have 1+ years of experience as a Creative Marketing Manager in a B2C digital product
- You have hands-on experience creating creatives for Meta
- You're already delivering results and feel you're capable of more than your current role allows
- You're interested not just in "making creatives" but in building a system and owning a direction
- You understand how creatives impact CTR, CPA, ROAS, and know how to analyze it
- You have strong skills in writing, converting scripts, and scroll-stopping hooks
- You understand visual storytelling and composition
- You can write clear technical briefs for designers and production teams
- You know how to craft ideas and messages that stop the scroll and generate high product interest
- You want to grow into leadership and take ownership of results
- English - B2+ level
Would be a plus if you:
- Have experience growing subscription-based products (not just installs or purchases).
- Worked on funnel conversion and product-side CRO together with the product marketing manager.
- Understand ad tracking systems like Pixel and CAPI, and how events flow into your analytics stack.
- Are comfortable testing from scratch — without perfect data, CRM, or ready-made landing pages.
