We’re looking for a strong Founding Growth Lead to join an ambitious AI-first iOS startup at an early stage. We’re building the AI Technical Co-Founder for the Apple ecosystem, with early product love, strong retention signals, and growing revenue — but no scalable growth engine yet.
This role owns building our first repeatable distribution system and scaling us 20–100x in the next 6 months through creators, content, partnerships, and product-led growth.
About You:
- Zero-to-one growth background
- Experience scaling early-stage products (1k → 50k+ users)
- Comfortable building systems from scratch, not inheriting teams
- Strong experimentation and execution mindset
- Creator & content-driven growth
- Experience working with influencers, ambassadors, and communities
- Ability to build in-house content machines (TikTok, YouTube, Shorts)
- Knows how to turn product usage into viral narratives
- Product-led & technical growth mindset
- Can design referral systems, sharing loops, and credit mechanics
- Understands onboarding, activation, and retention levers
- Works closely with product and engineering
- Distribution & partnerships
- Experience with education, community, and event partnerships
- Ability to build scalable outreach and collaboration systems
- Knows how to convert hype into revenue
- Strategic operator
- Thinks in systems, funnels, and flywheels
- Comfortable owning messaging, positioning, and GTM
- Curious, pragmatic, and highly self-directed
