We're looking for a Growth Manager to own and scale our full-funnel marketing.
About you:
- 3–5 years in Growth, Demand Gen, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Lead at a B2B SaaS company
- You've owned a full funnel — paid, content, SEO, lifecycle, ABM — comfortable running all channels simultaneously
- You can name a specific campaign or channel you ran and the number it moved
- Pirate operator: you ship in days, not quarters, and measure yourself by closed-won, not impressions
- Public output — a piece of writing or content that hit 1,000+ organic engagement
- Fluent English
What you'll do:
- Own demand generation across every channel: paid (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit), organic SEO + AEO, content marketing, founder-led brand, lifecycle email, ABM, community, partner co-marketing, and events
- Audit all marketing channels against revenue attribution and build a 90-day plan by Day 21
- Launch high-intent landing pages optimized for both SEO and AI answer engines (AEO)
- Ghost-write and co-author with the CEO on a weekly content cadence
- Stand up an ABM program for top target accounts
- Ship lifecycle nurture sequences for trial-to-paid and customer expansion
- Run weekly competitive intel and surface threat-level shifts within 24 hours
- Own customer case study cadence — 1 published every 2 weeks
