Currently, we are looking for a Middle/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in a health tech company Liki24, who will be responsible for hiring best talents for the company.

We are building an ecosystem that unites pharmacies, logistics, insurance companies, clinics, doctors, telemedicine, healthcare products producers, and all other market players so that customers can benefit from low prices, great products selection, and fast delivery.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with non-technical IT positions;
- have a successful experience with international job markets (CEE, Western Europe, Ukraine);
- familiarity with various recruiting and sourcing tools/methods;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- experience of cooperation with General Managers, Directors, C-level;
- ability to track, analyze, and find ways to improve recruiting metrics;
- at least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
What you will do:
- coordinate full-cycle recruitment;
- proactively source for new candidates using various channels;
- conduct pre-screen calls to evaluate candidates based on their experience and cultural fit;
- gather and provide feedback to candidates during the hiring process;
- lead the preparation of job offers and negotiate compensation;
- work with hiring managers and interviewers, identify unique selling points;
- prepare analytics for conducting weekly status meetings with the hiring manager;
- prepare market research.
