We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to own and scale our partner program.

About you:

  • 3–5 years in Partnerships, Channel, Alliances, or BD at a B2B SaaS company
  • You've owned a partner program end-to-end, not just sourced individual deals
  • Comfortable running referral, strategic, integration, and marketplace motions simultaneously
  • You can name a specific deal you closed, the revenue it generated, and what you did differently
  • Pirate operator mindset - you follow up, you don't wait for partners to come to you
  • Fluent English

What you'll do:

  • Own the full partner surface: referral program, strategic partnerships, integration co-sell motions, SaaS marketplace listings (HubSpot, Salesforce AppExchange, Microsoft AppSource), and co-marketing
  • Lift our producing-partner count from 19 to 50+ in 90 days (we have 548 registered partners)
  • Launch our first SaaS marketplace listing end-to-end
  • Run 8–12 new partner conversations per week and close 1–2 Integrated Solution partners per month
  • Work directly with the CEO — this is a greenfield role with full ownership from day one

Compensation:
