We are looking for a Senior SMM Manager to own and scale our social media.
About you:
- Senior SMM specialist with strong hands-on experience and proven cases — portfolio is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to grow Instagram and/or TikTok accounts from zero to significant reach.
- Strong experience using AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting and visual production.
- Able to independently edit video content (CapCut, etc.) and create static visuals (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).
- Advanced English — all internal communication and our audience are fully English-speaking.
- Genuine love for traveling.
What will you do:
- Own all social media channels end-to-end: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, Threads. Primary focus - TikTok & Instagram.
- Create travel-category content: video editing, static posts, carousels, Reels.
- Use AI tools (we actively use Claude, CapCut AI, Kling, and others) to produce content faster and smarter.
- Moderate comments and respond to DMs.
- Work with the UA manager and analyst to track views, engagement, and app installs driven by social.
- Build reporting from scratch — analytics dashboards, content performance tracking.
