Now, we’re launching an internship program for aspiring recruiters — a rare opportunity to learn how recruitment works inside a venture capital firm and to help our startups grow their teams.
What you will do
- Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in full-cycle recruitment for our portfolio companies;
- Learn how to conduct candidate sourcing, pre-screens, and HR interviews;
- Help coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates;
- Support in preparing job descriptions and posting them on various platforms;
- Participate in weekly syncs with hiring managers and founders;
- Conduct market and salary research;
- Contribute to analytics and recruitment reports.
About you
- You’re passionate about recruitment and startups;
- You have strong communication and organizational skills;
- You’re eager to learn about sourcing, interviewing, and startup hiring processes;
- You have at least an Upper-Intermediate English level;
- Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or event coordination will be a plus.
