We are looking for a Marketing Growth Lead / Product Marketing Lead who will build and scale B2C marketing as a system - from strategy and channels to funnels, experiments, and revenue (both new and repeat). This is a highly autonomous role with full ownership of key business metrics.
About you
- Experience launching new B2C products or funnels (research, budgeting, GTM, analysis).
- Strong understanding of marketing channels (not necessarily hands-on everywhere but able to go deep when needed).
- Ability to design experiments and make decisions based on data.
- Strong skills in product metrics and conversion analysis (funnel mindset, cohorts).
- Experience in people management and working with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on approach: willingness to dive into analytics, ad accounts, creatives, landing pages, or flows to identify the real problem.
- Audience & insight research skills: segmentation, JTBD/motivations, pain points, barriers, triggers — and the ability to translate insights into messaging, offers, and channel decisions.
- Ability to build GTM plans for new products/features, prioritize hypotheses (impact/effort), and run experiments with clear success criteria.
- High autonomy: “I see the problem → I build a plan → I bring the team together → I drive it to results.”
Would be a plus
- Experience building a growth system from scratch or scaling after product-market fit.
- Experience testing and scaling into new geos or new audiences.
What you will do
- Develop and lead a long-term marketing strategy (segments, positioning, channel model, priorities).
- Plan and execute GTM launches and seasonal/situational campaigns.
- Build a strong experimentation system across funnels and flows (hypotheses → test design → launch → learnings → scale).
- Manage marketing channels end-to-end (paid, CRM/lifecycle, SEO, partnerships, influencers) via your team and/or external partners.
- Own unit economics: CAC/CPA, conversions, cohort analysis.
- Set up operational processes: planning, prioritization, reporting, weekly/monthly rhythms, collaboration with creative, analytics, and product.
- Lead the marketing team and contractors: goal-setting, performance management, development, hiring/firing when needed.
- Work closely with the executive team on shared goals, budgets, forecasting, and priorities.
