We're looking for a Founding Analyst to Genesis Multifamily office to work directly with the founder to help build a multifamily office from the ground up.
Multifamily office is a newly established multifamily office serving executives and founders from the Genesis ecosystem across Europe, the US, and the UAE. Its mission is to simplify wealth management through disciplined investing, transparent reporting, and highly personalized service with a focus on long-term capital preservation.
About you:
- 2-3 years of experience in Analytics or related fields
- Strong Excel skills
- Financial statement understanding
- Investment modeling fundamentals
- Comfort working with numbers daily
- Professional document handling
- High ownership mindset
- Detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Ukrainian
Will be a plus:
- Exposure to private equity / VC / real estate
- Basic understanding of compliance / KYC workflows
- Python / SQL / automation
What you will do:
1. Investment & Portfolio Support
- Track client portfolios across asset classes
- Build and maintain financial models for potential investments
- Support due diligence on funds, managers, and direct deals
- Maintain investment documentation and data rooms
- Assist in asset allocation analysis
2. Operations & Client Infrastructure
- Prepare client reporting materials
- Coordinate with external providers (accounting, legal, compliance)
- Help manage onboarding workflows (KYC/AML coordination)
- Organize documentation and internal knowledge base
- Help design internal processes and workflows
3. Research & Special Projects
- Market and investment research
- Vendor/platform evaluation
- Ad-hoc projects directly with founders
- Assist in building internal automation/research tools
