In this role, you will be responsible for product growth using paid marketing across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and Google Ads.

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Lead who will own paid acquisition for Findies across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and Google Ads — scaling spend efficiently while improving unit economics and optimizing for Projected Profit. You'll directly lead the PMM and work cross-functionally with our Creative Producers and Marketing Designers to build a repeatable testing-and-iteration engine.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and Google Ads, optimizing for Projected Profit and unit economics.

  • Build and run a repeatable system for testing, reporting, and creative/funnel iteration — clear takeaways, next steps, and improvement opportunities.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative Producers and Marketing Designers: shape briefs, drive creative iteration, and turn performance data into creative direction.

  • Directly lead the PMM: landing funnels, paywall/funnel experiments, and conversion optimization.

  • Test and optimize new setups and approaches across channels; diversify away from single-channel dependency.

  • Automate marketing processes together with the MarTech manager.

  • Conduct competitor research and implement insights into traffic acquisition.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of experience in paid acquisition on Meta and/or TikTok.

  • Hands-on experience across multiple paid channels.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets of at least $500K per month.

  • Strong understanding of key acquisition metrics and unit economics — optimizes for profit, not vanity metrics.

  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.

  • Ability to drive cross-functional partners (creative, design) without direct reporting authority.

  • Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
