We are currently looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager to strengthen our team.
The position is remote, but we have an office in Kyiv if you prefer to work from an office.
Drive Growth: Identify, test, and scale new user acquisition channels in various markets.
Manage Marketing Operations: Oversee daily execution of campaigns, ensuring strong ROI across channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Ad Networks (such as Unity, Applovin, IronSource).
Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation.
Budget Ownership: Plan, allocate, and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with product roadmaps and user experience goals.
Performance Analysis: Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights.
Partnerships & Vendors: Establish strong relationships with external partners to enhance marketing reach and capabilities.
Hands-on expertise with paid traffic sources such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and leading ad networks.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire, grow, and lead high-performing teams.
Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong market research abilities, proficiency with analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
Results-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated success in growing audiences, improving conversions, and achieving business KPIs/OKRs.
Communication: Advanced English skills (both written and spoken).
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with flexibility and adaptability.
