W7G is a community-driven fashion game & wellness company developed under the Genesis holding umbrella.

We are currently looking for a Lead User Acquisition Manager to strengthen our team. 

The position is remote, but we have an office in Kyiv if you prefer to work from an office.

What will you do:

  • Lead the Marketing Vision: Define, execute, and continuously improve w7g’s marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Drive Growth: Identify, test, and scale new user acquisition channels in various markets.

  • Manage Marketing Operations: Oversee daily execution of campaigns, ensuring strong ROI across channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Ad Networks (such as Unity, Applovin, IronSource).

  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation.

  • Budget Ownership: Plan, allocate, and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with product roadmaps and user experience goals.

  • Performance Analysis: Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using data-driven insights.

  • Partnerships & Vendors: Establish strong relationships with external partners to enhance marketing reach and capabilities.

About you:

  • 6+ years in marketing, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (VP Marketing, CMO, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Head of Growth).
  • Hands-on expertise with paid traffic sources such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and leading ad networks.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire, grow, and lead high-performing teams.

  • Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong market research abilities, proficiency with analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Results-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated success in growing audiences, improving conversions, and achieving business KPIs/OKRs.

  • Communication: Advanced English skills (both written and spoken).

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with flexibility and adaptability.
